Here is a little bit about her in her own words, “I am a design consultant in the mid-Willamette Valley.  My specialties are lighting, aging in place, kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms to foster better sleep.  I have a Master of Science degree from Oregon State; my major was Design and Human Environment.  It is important to me to integrate human behaviors and cultural values into residential design.  In the photo I sent the red fur is from a very tall Elmo whom I met at the park in Bend, OR, last summer.  I also do pen and ink wash drawings of interiors and garden tools, and use the garden tools all year round in my large garden.  As a child I spent a lot of time playing in the mud and in the hay lofts of our farming neighborhood in central Illinois.  I love to get my hands into some good natural materials.”
