The tribal governments have an added advantage in grant funding opportunities. I have over 18 years of development/fundraising experience, including Duke University and 4-1/2 years as a rural county school and county grant writer / grants administrator in Virginia and am now a consultant. They can make a recommendation that you can contact a grant writer that works for the tribe. The grant writer as well as cultural specialist can help research possible grants to apply for.
