We got such a kick out of this that we had to share it.  Our friend Chris contacted us yesterday to share that ” I have designed and built my first straw bale home… Well kind of ”.  Chris loves to play a video game named Everquest II, a 3D game that allows the player to create their own worlds including the architecture of the structures.

Recently Everquest has added bales to their list of building materials so he took advantage of this and created his own straw bale building.  Here are a couple images for you to take a look at.  We knew that the word has been getting out there about straw bale construction but this surprised even us!
