I won’t get political here by suggesting who to vote for, just that you vote. Simple and sincere: use your right to vote. In Oregon, and other states, you can cast your vote today via mail in ballots and early voting. I filled out my card last night and will drop it off today. Please do it now if you can so that you don’t miss the opportunity.

Unfortunately, in our recent elections in Canada, the more environmentally friendly parties lost ground against the Conservatives, setting back efforts to redress our terrible record on carbon emissions. Hopefully voters in the US will elect a president with better ‘green’ credentials and take the lead in North America towards a more sustainable future!

I have been looking for a good information site for straw bale buildings and i stumbled on to this page i and my husband are looking to build a straw house am looking for any advice we can get i havent looked at you whole site but looks good to me so far thank you for your green alternative
